Pay and Benefits

Compensation & Benefits:

Regional Pay:

• $0.65 per Practical Mile

Accessorial Pay (Regional Only):

• $25 for each additional stop beyond 1 pick-up (PU) and 1 delivery (DEL)

• $75 for layover (hotel room provided if in a day cab)

• $30 per hour after 2 hours of live load/unload (must report to dispatch in real time)

Vacation:

• 1st Year: 5 days (after 6 months)

• 2nd Year & Beyond: 2 additional days per service year, up to 15 days

Referral Bonuses:

• $500 for referring driver/employee after 20 in-service days

• $500 for referred driver after 20 in-service days

Benefits:

• Health, Dental, and Vision coverage available 60 days after hire

Equipment & Technology:

• New, well-maintained tractors

• State-of-the-art GPS and ELD systems

• Fuel card for Love’s stations

• Drivers can park 1 personal vehicle (insurance and waiver required)

• Dedicated dispatcher/fleet manager with 24/7 availability and escalation points.
