Driver Qualifications

Hiring Process:

Applicants must complete:

• Road Test

• DOT Physical

• Drug Screen

• Orientation

• Clearinghouse Requirements

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid Class A CDL in home state

• At least 23 years old

• 24 months of verified Tractor Trailer experience

Disqualifiers:

• No more than 3 non-DOT preventable accidents in 3 years

• No more than 3 minor moving violations in 36 months

• No failed drug or alcohol tests

• Previous revocations/suspensions reviewed individually

Background Check:

• Criminal history reviewed on a case-by-case basis

• No theft of equipment or cargo involved
